Our story

Growing up in rural Malawi, one of the most vulnerable countries to climate change in the world, living through a life under the yoke of a myriad of climate change impacts, the Founder and Lead Consultant for Climate Balance, later in life learnt that unsustainable carbon emissions were at the heart of causing climate change. From that point, it became a personal burning goal for the Founder of Climate Balance to contribute towards the fight against the root cause of climate change-a phenomenon that ravaged his childhood and continues to do so in the lives of many today. Backed by over 15 years of experience working in the climate change arena, Climate Balance was founded out of the passion to raise an army of climate warriors with a cause to mitigate against carbon emissions and keep climate change within check.

The Founder of Climate Balance who holds a BSc, MSc and Post Graduate Diploma (Carbon Management-USA) leads a formidable team of highly qualified and experienced professionals in many disciplines including Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Agrarian Change, Sociology and sustainable development in general.
